Plunge Pools
Usually kept around 10°C to 15°C (50°F – 59°F), plunge pools allow bathers to enjoy a particularly invigorating experience as they submerge themselves in the frigid water. Believed to increase blood flow, alleviate joint pain, relieve hypertension, and reduce cholesterol levels, plunge pools are typically entered after or between hot treatments.
